Steve is a coach, podcaster & dirtbag philosopher working at the edge of human performance.
The creative vision behind the oyo.run project, Sisson sees running as a path with heart. Steve is known for his direct, grounded approach & process-based ethos, drawing on a background in elite athletic performance, contemplative & philosophic disciplines, human behavior, & the humanities.
Steve is the owner, director & head coach at Telos Running, a performance training group headquartered in Austin, Texas but also coaches online athletes worldwide. His unconventional coaching approach focuses on nervous system mastery in equal balance with cardiovascular, musculoskeletal & metabolic demands.
